Underwhelming. My bag came with a defective strap and I emailed the day after with photos asking for a replacement strap. All I asked, in 1 email, if they could send replacement strap, and if not I’d like to return and I will rebuy to hopefully get a non defective one.

Response was slow and after back and forth daily emails for 10 days they said they will send a replacement strap because I did not want a partial refund. They suddenly stopped emailing back after I ask when and if I would receive a tracking. I still have no response. At this point I might just reconsidering owning a bag from this brand.

Absolute beauty

Small but very beautiful. Very soft leather, BEAUTIFUL colour, more mud brown than charcoal though. Still VERY happy with this purchase, highly recommended
