I adore my new Lou bag. Completely functional for an everyday work bag, and can fit my surface pro, lunch, and all my bits & pieces.
My only small issue is the stud things that secure the handle. I feel that every bag I’ve owned with this type of handle eventually stretches and doesn’t stay secure. My personal preference would be a more secure handle. For this reason, I actually don’t use Lou as often as I’d like because I want to preserve her lifespan.
The Lou bag has a nice shape with beautiful leather and fits everything needed for everyday use , love it !
