My second time buying this bag, 1 for my mom and the other for my mom's friend, because the quality is phenomenal compared to the price, it's spacious, which is moms' all-time favourite.
The bag is beautiful and well made. However, I do wish the strap was a bit longer for more comfortable wear. Also, the dispatch date kept getting delayed, and I had to reach out each time for an update instead of receiving communication from the team.
