Absolutely LOVE this bag! It looks stunning, the leather is buttery smooth and amazing quality. There are multiple compartments inside for all the bits and bobs. The straps are super supportive and the bag doesn’t feel heavy even with a laptop. Love the design of the straps - can be worn as a shoulder bag or backpack without changing any strap configurations! Only criticism is that I can fit a 14” laptop, diary, water bottle and charger in there (plus wallet, keys, pens etc) and that’s about it. Any other bulkier items makes the bag lose shape or doesn’t fit. Would love a little more room.

Very impressed with the quality of the product. I've received many compliments and would definitely recommend to others. Only request is that the expected delivery times should be made more accurate - upon ordering it says 2-5 business days. I hadn't received any tracking info and the payment hadn't been taken by day 4 so I emailed to follow up and was told that I should have expected it to take 7 days per terms on website. The product arrived on day 11. This is fine but please can realistic delivery times be stated from the point of ordering. Thank you
